Payment Timeline
50% to be paid in advance to confirm the dates. The remaining 50% payment shall be done at the end of the final events.
Hard Drives
You’re required to provide us with two units of 4TB Hard Drives to ensure the backup and safety of your data.

- Pre or Post wedding shoot of 2 sessions in Hyderabad "or" as per the client & Photographers discussion for outstation
Note : Travel & accommodation , Any other charges for the shoot or shoot locations is taken care by clients
- 1 session of Web live Service is given for wedding Or Any event requested by client ( Any extra session required is chargeable )
- Drone shall be used for pre or post wedding shoot & for wedding ( Any additional requirements please check with team )
Deliverables
- Photo edits: you shall receive more than 1000 edited pictures from all the events with in 30 working days from the final payment date
- Wedding Film: You shall receive a beautifully crafted wedding film of all events of duration 5-8 min or more based on the footage with in 45 working days of final payment
- Albums : You shall receive 2 Complimentary photo albums of 40 Sheets each with in 30 days of selections. NOTE ( ALBUMS SHALL ONLY BE COMPLIMENTARY FOR 6MONTHS FROM THE PICTURES DELIVERY DATE, FAILED TO CLAIM IN SAID PERIOD THE ALBUMS ARE CHARGEABLE )
- Traditional videos : You shall receive full length documentary style videos of events with traditional videographer in the harddrives provided by you along with albums
- All the raw data shot in your events will be stored and given to you in the drives provided by you along with albums
- 40 edited images shall be given from coupleshoot & 2-3 Min video
Additional Services
Here are some add-on services provided by our partner vendors. Please let us know at least 15 days prior to every event, if you wish to purchase any of these services.
LED Walls
Digital LED Screens to showcase your Event video from camera LIVE. Equipped with a P3 display, of about 12 ft width and 8ft height.
Charges — ₹20,000 per LED wall ( In HYD)
Web Live
Live telecasting of your event video footage on the web. You’re required to provide a name to generate a custom link that you can share with your friends and family so that they can watch the event remotely.
Charges — ₹10,000 per session (5 hours)
Drone Coverage
If you wish for a drone service for your events it would be chargeable at Rs.10,000 per event. The drones will be used to cover decor only and are subject to government permissions.
Charges — ₹10,000 per session
Priority delivery - all the event pictures will be delivered in 3 days from the shoot date
Charges - ₹15,000
Terms of service
*Travel Expenses
You shall arrange for the travel and accommodation of our shoot crew for all your events occurring in places other than HYD.
*Project Cancellation
If you cancel the project after the advance payment & reserving team schedules for you, refund cannot be provided as we already alloted the dates for you and wont be able to take up a new project for the same.
*Change of Plans
Any change of plans or postponement of events will be accommodated with the best team available on the new dates. If the wedding date is changed, additional charges apply at 10% of the total order value.
*Food & Dining
Coverage We don’t cover food and dining areas, as the guests could feel inconvenient being watched & recorded. We cover only the setups and keep the shots minimal.
*Additional Services
Quality We don’t take responsibility for the quality of Weblive, LED walls and other services provided by 3rd party vendors.
*Data Safety
In the rarest probability of any data loss, we are liable to shoot another event for free.
*Re-Edits
For each deliverable, you can mention any number of changes but them provide all at once, within 15 days of delivery. No Re-edits will be done after the said period.
*Security for loss
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to the crew for any liability, damage or loss, related to technological failure, including data loss.
*Cloud Expiry
All the photos shared on cloud will expire in 6 months from the date of delivery.
*Project Closure
After all the photos & videos are delivered to you, we’ll consider the project as closed and cannot accommodate any further work requests.
*Data Responsibility
Once your data is delivered through HDDs, we’ll not own any of your information and will not be responsible for the data. You'll be the sole owner of your data.
